Universities and Research

The absolute forefront of technology can often be found at universitites and at corporate research units. NOW has a long tradition of assisting scientists and researchers in many areas of science, e.g. geophysics, laser technology, medical diagnostics, traffic- & vechicle systems. We conduct simulations, computations and algorithm development with MatLab, build apparatus and prototypes for laboratory tests as well as perform field trials.

We are used to work with the scientific metod and the reporting that suit Academia.

    Precision electronics

    Development of analog and digital precision electronics for a measurement instrument. The system includes up to twelve 24-bit measurement channels, an Altera Cyclone II FPGA for collecting measurement data, GPS, Ethernet, USB and an LCD. The system is controlled by an Atmel ARM9263 CPU with a Linux operating system, and NOW also has developed drivers and VHDL code for the FPGA.
